CEO
Sairam is the CEO of Field Operations for Technolync, one of the fastest growing staffing providers in the Global market. In this role, Sairam is responsible for the Global Consulting, Recruiting & Operations, Alliances and customer success.
Prior to joining Technolync, Sairam served as a General Manager for Frensco Solutions. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategy and end-to-end execution of the company’s hiring norms. Sairam also involved in reducing cost per hire of the organization, increased consulting business volume. In previous organization, Sairam and his team have been instrumental in leading the successful transformation of the company’s recruitment structures.
Sairam holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering from JNTUK & a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from JNTUH
Ram Subramanyam
CO Founder, Head Of Operations
Ram N Subhramanyam has been at the forefront of innovation in the Consulting & Staffing market for more than a decade. Before joining Technolync. Ram served as Executive Vice President for Consulting division of Frensco Solutions, with responsibilities of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical Support. He also held key roles at Randstad & Capgemini, where he helped to double the revenue of consulting groups managed by him.
Ram holds a Master’s degree in Management from NIBM, Pune in Human Resource Management with concentrations in international business and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of Technology in Electricals from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
